As Business Development Lead for Value Engineering, you will work with a group of talented like-minded individuals, creating strategic plans to promote and grow the company. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Lead with established networking connections to join our team as we Connect People and Communities by providing innovative transportation solutions to the Greater Lansing and Detroit areas.
Specifically, you will…
- Manage the Sales and Marketing Staff
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating the Sales and Marketing Staff
- Have previously established relationships within the Engineering Consulting industry
- Continue to build strong relationships with partners, related firms, state and local municipal stakeholders
- Drive New Sales and Revenue for the organization
- Prepare, Submit, and Monitor Proposals
- Manage Branding through digital marketing strategies
What’s in it for you…
Required: BS Business (or related subject matter) minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Details: This is a full-time, salaried/exempt position; general office hours are 8 am – 5 pm weekdays with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
