Objective/Scope
A high energy, driven and talented team player to add to our Technical Support team. The Tech Support Administrative Assistant will perform duties such as managing tech support phone calls based on department needs and working on special projects as needed by the department.
Job Functions
- Use appropriate software and systems to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
- Running Weekly/ Monthly reports to send to customers regarding closed tickets.
- Compose business documents and correspondence independently in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Manage incoming phone calls based on department needs and processes.
- Approving Timecards for Tech Support Staff.
- Independently accountable for work output and productivity.
- Collects and inputs data for analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Three years’ experience in an office setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office programs including Excel (advanced), Internal ticketing system, and Word.
- The ability to manage time and multi-task effectively.
- The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Technical Administrative Assistant experience a plus.
