Roush's warehouse operations in Livonia, MI is seeking a Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead, oversee, and control the day-to-day operations of the production functions within our warehouse. The Warehouse Production Supervisor will be responsible for 20-25 employees and provide leadership and direction with the support of various team leads across those functions. This role includes workforce and equipment scheduling, project execution, and workforce discipline and process adherence. It will also include ensuring the execution of daily tasks and activities while driving projects that improve metrics across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have 3 years of warehouse and/or production kitting experience
- 3 years of experience with inventory and warehouse management
- 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft transactions required for production
- 3 years of experience managing and leading teams of employees
- General knowledge/understanding of automotive components
- Results-oriented attitude with a proven track record of ensuring key deadlines are met
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and honesty in all aspects
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of warehouse operations
