POSITION TITLE: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
POSITION STATUS: 80 hours biweekly / Regular Full-Time

SALARY RANGE: $28.09/hr - $36.67/hr

RESPONSIBILTIES: This position is under the supervision of the Program Supervisor or Clinical Director and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Four county wide travel is required to our offices in Delta, Alger, Luce, and Marquette Counties. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive applied behavior analysis services to a variety of clientele including adults, adolescents, children and families requesting services. This position develops behavior support plans using functional behavioral assessment methods and the person centered process, and designs, provides, and supports applied behavior analysis interventions. This position monitors behavior support plans to assess fidelity of implementation and recipient progress, adjusting applied behavior analysis services accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree; Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst as provided by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and State of Michigan licensure as a BCBA required.
