* Place outbound calls to provide outreach for special initiatives
* Provide high quality customer service while sharing information, answering questions, and explaining procedures to help customers connect to community resources and Employment &Training activities based on established guidelines
* Ask / Respond to questions with tact and professionalism
* Maintain an accurate written record of conversation(s) following established guidelines
* Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and by recommending procedures improvement as needed
* Ensure information shared with public is current by reviewing any updates provided
* Perform all other duties as assigned
