We are seeking highly motivated and energetic student to join our Plant 3 team as a Process Engineer Intern. This position will assist Plant 3 engineers with:
Support implementation of process improvement initiatives and strategies
Work with other engineering, quality, and manufacturing resources to improve flow through manufacturing operations
Assist other engineering resources in data analysis, problem solving initiatives, and shop floor observations

Entering Senior s ta tus and currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Materials Science & Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant industrial internship/work/research experience a plus
AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, and Solidworks experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment
Strong organizational skills
Basic knowledge of investment casting manufacturing process a plus
