As a Community Life Coordinator a typical day might include:
-Create positive memorable experiences for our team, guests and residents through programs and life long learning's.
-Willingness to get to know your team and residents on a personal level.
-Be inspired to think outside the box in creating, developing and implementing programs.
-Participate and plan meaningful programs, awesome trips and breathtaking events.
-Bridge the gap between a vision and reality, promoting life to the fullest.
-Having a “yes you can” attitude. If you can dream it, we can do it.

-Having a vision and making it happen.
-Attention to details, and the need to create quality programs for our residents, guest and team members.
-Getting up every morning with the attitude of what can I do to make a difference in someone’s life? “I can’t” is not in your vocabulary.
-Leading a team through creative and purpose filled programs.
-Able to maintain a budget.
-Communicating clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating in writing and over the phone.
