LaJoy Group, Inc. is currently searching for a motivated individual to join our team as a Meals on Wheels Assessor.
Due to current COVID restrictions, this position is remote. It is expected to return to in-person work when able to do so. This would require visiting the homes of clients within Wayne County (excluding Detroit) to conduct assessments.
THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARILY REMOTE. Documentation will be expected to be delivered twice a week to our Wayne office.
Rate of pay: $12.00 per hour plus mileage

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Description of duties/expectations: Complete assessments for Meals on Wheels participants. Assessor will be responsible for calling participants, asking a series of questions, documenting the participants responses and scanning the paperwork.
Qualifications/prerequisites:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to maintain confidence of personal information.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Able to work independently.
