This role is responsible for leading Flexs development, adherence and evolution of core engineering automotive processes to support multi-disciplinary product development. You will be the ambassador for process discipline and ensure multi-site global consistency in the practice and application of core processes. Your scope will span full cycle product development with an emphasis on Functional safety, ASPICE and supporting tools.
You will define clear Product Development Processes with strong governance mechanisms. You will foster a Functional safety culture and help to integrate FuSa considerations in our designs. You will lead and define a plan to achieve ASPICE level 3 across a range of products.
You are a motivated and broadly capable automotive engineering leader with demonstrated technical excellence product development and process development in a Tier 1 or OEM environment. In addition to a solid base in automotive engineering you know how to create processes, train staff and measure success in a complex multi region, multi product environment

Here is a glimpse of what youll do:
Lead the evolution of our core processes while involving key leaders from engineering, program management, operations, quality and other functional areas.
Build a team of subject matter experts in key process discipline
Assume responsibility for standards compliance
Support customer audit requirements
Develop training plans and drive continuous improvement
Here is some of what youll need (required):
Professional experience in people management
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the organization with cross functional teams
Ability to lead through influence
Technical expertise in Functional Safety concepts and ASIL decomposition
Experience with ASPICE and guiding a team to achieve level 3
Experience in developing automotive HW or SW products
Working knowledge of relevant standards and requirements
Ability to travel internationally

Auditor certification for ASPICE
Understanding and experience in Functional Safety aspects of ADAS
Exposure to multiple OEMs in an Engineering or Sales role
An advanced degree in Engineering or Business
