The Lansing Ramada Hotel and Conference Center is looking to fill a Guest Services position immediately. The position is part time, approximately 20-30 hr/week. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends, flexibility is important. Must have:
*** Excellent customer service
*** Basic computer skills
*** Great verbal/written communication skills
*** Multi-line phone experience
*** Hotel front desk experience is desired but not required
Job duties include but are not limited to:
*** Greet, welcome, and register guests upon arrival
*** Cash handling
*** Making reservations on the phone and in person
*** Solving guest issues
