Description Position Summary: The System Administration will take part in initiatives focused on cloud platforms, Office 365 administration and tools management and desktop engineering. This individual will report into the Platform Administration Manager. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant area
- System Administration experience with Windows servers
Education: Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform daily administration of Office 365 platform.
- Implement Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance center.
- Maintain and support the Exchange Online Hybrid, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams environment.
- Manage and Support Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Azure AD Connect and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Manage and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot).
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure environments (e.g. servers, networks, firewalls, storage, monitoring, backup/recovery, identity and access management).
- Manage the day to day operations involving the problem, incident, request fulfilment, and change management processes.
- Partner with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge base.
- Command a basic understanding of NSF's mission and business and how the position's job responsibilities contribute to the goals of the company
