POSITION SUMMARY:
Currently we are seeking a team player to work in an individual contributor role that will support our organization by collaborating with sales, service and administration to accurately maintain and update new and existing customer records. You will be working with a solid team of professionals dedicated in delivering exceptional customer service.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine tasks related to Pricing Agreement Renewals
Contacting customers for New PO's, via phone, email and fax
Revisions to quotes - revising pricing, part changes, etc.
Gathering accurate documentation to execute renewals
Ability to document tasks into process flows
An understanding of how to review and execute document flows and procedures
Reporting - Excel spreadsheet to track daily updates & progress
Responsible for helping to develop training materials
Strong collaboration with customers & branch staff - a true team player
Following internal approval processes to accept PO's and Terms
Work with Operations Support to ensure contacts are valid, bringing customer concerns to their attention
Perform tasks in accordance with the performance metrics
High performance safety standards
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets, attend departmental meetings
Typically perform tasks that may require troubleshooting to resolve issues
POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:
Solid User of standard Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of typical IT business tools
SAP fluency in relevant area of expertise (e.g. SD, CS, CM module) preferred
Basic understanding of Field Service and CRM application like (MS Field Service or MS CRM) preferred
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred
