Position: Residential Program Manager
Reports To: Director of Residential Services
Beginning Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00

Blodgett – St. John’s has an opportunity for you to explore. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and strategic Program Manager for our 24 bed Residential program. In this role, you will be a key leader and strategist for the Agency’s Residential division, providing insight and analysis of trends, data and best practice at the program, organization, community and systems levels. This position will function as a mentor and key support to supervisors and program staff alike. Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a field related to human services and 2 years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a field related to human services and 4 years of experience. A minimum of 2-5 year’s previous leadership experience in program services management, leadership experience in a Child Caring Institution preferred. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required. No Criminal record.
