Successful candidates for the IT Technical Support Position will possess these qualities:
- Ability to assist our customers with phone and remote technical support
- Good communication and people skills along with the ability to work as a team player
- Experience navigating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Win7, Win8, Win10 and some Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
- Ability to diagnose TCPIP networking issues remotely
- Can identify and resolve printer issues. (Networked and local Printers)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with DNS, DHCP
- Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of setting up and working with Android tablets
- Must be able to learn and adapt to changing technologies
Education Required:
- Some College or work related experience
- A+ Certification
- Net+ Certification
- MTA Certification
