Job Description

• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep Management informed.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives with Management
• Calculate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Track project costs to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates to Management about progress and adjustments to schedule
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, gaining acceptance to proposals and changes
• Ensure effective handover of project from sales to production
• Make sure the projects run smoothly and on a timely basis
