This Senior Buyer position will manage the Front End Module and Aero Management commodities and requires advanced analytical and negotiations skills associated with large modules and complex supply chains. The core responsibilities of a Senior Buyer are the development, ownership, and execution of full lifecycle commodity strategies which include but are not limited to:
- Leading all aspects of the commercial relationship with the supply base and internal customers including sourcing process/budget management, benchmarking, supplier relations, Purchase Order issuance/maintenance, supply/delivery, cost savings, economic claim negotiations, etc.
- Leading regional and global supplier development and cross-functional communications with suppliers using a "One Voice" approach
- Leading a cross-functional team including partners from Product Design Office, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Quality, and Finance
- Frequent professional communication with senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or closely related field from an ABET accredited program or equivalent program
- 4.5 or more years of purchasing or closely related relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and highly customer focused
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
- Fluency withMS Office Suite/G Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience with SAP
- Global commodity experience: participating in global sourcing activities and working in global teams
