Summary: The Warranty and Returns Administrator is responsible for the administrative functions and processing of all warranty orders, and repair and return requests. Additional duties include processing return authorizations, work orders and customer orders, final billing and crediting. This individual also administers all loaner orders, including tracking and billing. Exceptional customer service and detail orientation are required as this position resolves customer complaints and answers questions regarding warranty and returns; inputting journal entries for debit and credit throughout the warranty process to ensure that it balances. This position will report directly to the Director of Fulfillment and Logistics.
Essential Functions
Responsible for processing warranty orders and warranty returns
Processes all repair and warranty requests
Resolves inquiries and disputes related to warranties and repairs
Responsible for handling administrative duties related to billing, credit and reconciliation

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred and / or 2 - 4 years of work related experience
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of Skytron products is strongly preferred
Ability to read and decipher parts, as well as owner and maintenance manuals
Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Basic mathematics
Advanced knowledge of IFS system
