Seeking an efficient medical office receptionist/ medical assistant for a moderately busy Rheumatology office
Need a candidate with a good personality and work ethics. Someone that is hard working, sincere, patient friendly and a good team player.
Candidate needs to have potential for full attendance.
Will be starting part time to begin with with a potential full time position down the road
EPIC experience is preferred but training canbe provided for a suitable candidate
Office hours - 9AM-4PM;
Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday at Wyandotte office
Friday at Monroe office..
Responsibilities-
Front desk- Check in, checkout, insurance verification, answer phones, faxes, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co payments, answer phones
Other office tasks includes scanning into Epic, faxing, doing necessary paper work, rooming if needed
Full time job amounts to approximately 33-35 hours of weekly work
Pay rate
will be based on the experience and efficiency of the candidate.
