- High school graduate. Associates degree in business desirable
- Two years experience in material planning, scheduling, or Manufacturing environment
- Self-reliant in completing assignments
- Flexible and able to perform multiple jobs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge/experience of manufacturing process desirable
- Working knowledge of personal computers. E-Mail, internet and intranet.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel strongly preferred
