- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social work or human services field; AND two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities or substance used disorders and experience working with individuals through crisis intervention and/or community engagement; OR
- Five (5) years’ experience working with individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities or substance use disorders and experience working with individuals though crisis intervention and/or community engagement; and knowledge of community resources.
- Lived experiences with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a Michigan Driver License within 30 days of hire.
