We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager - New Business Development to join our Sales team in Holland MI - HQ.

As an Inside Sales Manager - New Business Development, you will:

Be responsible for assisting with new business development initiatives by supporting field sales and Haworth dealer network with lead generation and follow up contact. Collaborate with marketing team on digital lead generation and follow through on leads generated. Track and follow up on leads generated by the Haworth Store. Lead and manage inside sales team to achieve department and individual goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Design, Marketing or Liberal Arts.
• 6 years' sales and marketing experience.
• 3 years' experience in B2B and/or B2C inside sales development
• 3 years' experience in ecommerce sales and online stores.
• 3 years' supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to meet with dealerships.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

• Experience working with CRM and digital lead generation tools.

• Experience in complete sales cycle management - prospect identification, qualification, discovery, ROI, proposal and close.
• Proven success with turning cold calling into revenue-generating accounts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong coaching skills to develop and build teams, deliver results - including sales results, and facilitate change.
• Demonstrated project management skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage conflict and resolve issues.
• Ability to make quick and sound decisions that are right for business while also able to build consensus with team members and across all functional areas of business.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at all levels of organization.
