You can have a significant impacton our cultural transformation.GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONProvides insights and leadership for the total talent life cycle. Build out our employee value proposition, attract and help retain excellent candidates, and develop talent management processes that will set us up for growth. Create the overall strategies and resulting roadmaps of our talent acquisition and training and development programs. This work will include assessing and diagnosing organizational needs, creating change initiatives, and delivering training and organizational development solutions that support Pace's strategic vision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Own Pace's Talent Pipeline with a particular focus on recruiting, on-boarding, training, performance management and succession planning.•Build a scalable recruiting operation to identify, hire, train, deploy & onboard talent in operational excellence, program management and manufacturing technologies. Ensure this high-volume recruiting process supports our culture and values.•Develop standard processes and materials to train and support managers as they participate in the recruiting process to secure only the best talent. Ensure standards are deployed and respected throughout the organization.•Create and manage an internship program and campus recruiting strategy to serve as a pipeline for future talent.•Keep a pulse on business needs and thoughtfully incorporate feedback to refine our talent acquisition and performance management strategy•Partner with business managers and HR Partners to assess needs and manage implementation of programs to accomplish specific business objectives that result in improved retention, improvements in safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and increased engagement.•Manage and assist with the development and delivery of all training and development curriculum for non-represented (non-union) employees to meet professional and organizational needs.•Manage and refine a performance management process that is rigorous, transparent, and focused on continuous improvement•Ensure all job descriptions are maintained and updated regularly•Lead the compensation management system and alignment to ensure that pay is consistent across the company and is competitive in the market.•Develop and implement strategies/curriculum to train managers in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.•Establish workforce analytics to identify and analyze operational challenges related to workforce development and engagement. Create solutions consistent with business realities and provide measurable results.•Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. REQUIREMENTS•Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a high quality / high volume recruiting strategy.•Demonstrated ability developing and executing performance management and training programs.•A successful track record of exceeding expectations and returning strong results both personally and academically/professionally•At least 7-10 years of relevant experience (some Plant HRM experience preferred).•(Ideally) In addition to deep experience in talent acquisition and talent management, exposure to core HR disciplines such as employee relations, compensation and rewards, payroll and benefits administration•(Ideally) A history of building high performing, cohesive, engaged remote teams -- and/or a strong hypothesis on how to do so and a passion for exploring this dimension of building Concert•(Ideally) Experience recruiting and managing a small team SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:•Will have talent management experience that extends beyond recruiting, and given the emphasis on operational excellence, we strongly prefer candidates with experience in the manufacturing environments.•Will enjoy a challenge and are not intimidated by a problem that's new to you, regardless of the resources available to you to solve it.
