LOCATION: Marquette County
POSITION TITLE: UM/QI Office Assistant
POSITION STATUS: Regular Full-Time / 40 hours weekly / Non-Union / Non-Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $16.44/hr - $21.39/hr - Plus full-time benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will provide a variety of clinical and/or clerical support tasks
including but not limited to: data entry, filing, answering phones, assisting in the preparation
of necessary documentation, typing, assisting clinical staff as assigned, and other
administrative tasks. This position will assist the UM/QI department in meeting standards for
program quality, as appropriate and/or required by regulatory agencies such as: Medicaid,
CARF, and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements; High school diploma or GED with one year of
experience in general office duties and extensive knowledge of Excel. Must also possess typing skills with a minimum ability to type 40 wpm (net typing speed) as tested. Preference given tothose with experience interacting with recipients of services and customer service experience.
