What You Will Be Doing

The Estimator is responsible for collaborating on bid and proposal preparation, negotiating contracts with clients, and working closely with design teams. This individual will work closely with owners, engineers, and general contractors to provide value engineering solutions

What's Required

Estimating experience, or experience with contracts required
A good eye for details
The ability to perform basic math skills and follow written and verbal instructions
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team
