• Familiarity with or demonstrated ability to learn OSMIS, LaunchPad, and other MI Works and Equus systems
• Comfortable presenting/training in front of groups and online for those participating in projects, such as Temporary Work Experience and others
• General experience working with inner-city population a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines with close turn-around times and/or hard deadlines
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to work with more than a single manager or leader giving directions with varying deadlines
• Creative/Inventive as needs arise for planning workload or segments of assignments
• Strong communicator who is able to work well with leaders, co-workers, funder reps, employers, etc.
• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to perform job responsibilities without supervision at local agencies or employer sites as needed
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willing to train, learn and take other caseloads if needed
