Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Microsoft 365 applications
- Administer and monitor email and data security, and take action as required
- Manage cloud-base file server, Microsoft 365 data backup, Laptop backup, Patch Management, Antivirus application
- Monitor and maintain network devices and connectivity
- Monitor and perform updates on Microsoft Windows servers
- Monitor and maintain on-premises VoIP system
- Respond to IT issues, hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.
- Assist with implementation and support of new software and features
- Provide HelpDesk and technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visits
- Set up accounts, laptops, mobile phones for new users and employees
- Manage corporate mobile devices
- Consult and work with vendors to integrate and update company technology
- Ensure system optimization for all technology resources
- Troubleshoot, support, and repair when IT equipment or networks malfunction
- Maintains records of hardware and software inventory
Other Responsibilities:
- Document and provide user instructions to employees
- Provides training, and orientation for employees
- Create procedures and controls to support internal processes
- Procure hardware and software within IT budget
IT Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field, Knowledge of Computers and Networks
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an information technology role
- Experience with remote HelpDesk support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows network and server management
- Powershell scripts to automate tasks
- MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+ certification, or other related IT professional certification preferred
- Stays updated with new technology
- Interpersonal communication, attention to Detail, ability to work under pressure, ability to meet goals, patience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- CTI is a Drug-Free Workplace - Must pass pre-hire drug screen.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
