Security:
Our comprehensive security risk methodology gives customers the ability to safeguard their environments and critical business data. This includes continuous threat protection and risk mitigation through the Presidio Cyber Risk Management program, a next generation approach that integrates security strategy, assessments, architecture and remediation, and aligns all of these with organizational goals.
Presidio Cyber Risk Management provides clients with a holistic approach for effective security policies and procedures, risk assessment and management, regulatory compliance, incident response, and education and awareness. We use an established risk management methodology and proprietary risk scoring process to provide the IT leader and board of directors with an ongoing view of their organization’s risk exposure and remediation path.
Associate Service Delivery Manager
The SDC is expected to continually develop and strengthen the associated external and internal relationships. The goal is to create joint partnerships with the client and the associated Presidio teams and individuals through the SDC’s pro-active and personable interactions.
The SDC will manage the client relationship across the six infrastructure portfolios:
•Network Services
•Collaboration
•Data Center Services
•Security Services
•Workplace Services
•Service Management
Major Responsibilities:
•Perform SDC function for small to medium size clients. In addition, the SDC may be tasked to assist other Service Delivery personnel supporting large or high touch clients.
•Reviewing client SLA/SLO agreements as well as contracted scope commitments. Escalating as appropriate when either the client or Presidio is at risk.
•Ensure that all client records and required documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
•Review service failures and confirm appropriate Problem Management actions are being developed and executed until completion
•Develop and maintain customized communication plans for each client. Specific deliverables to include and are not limited to the following:
•Meeting Agendas
•Meeting Minutes
•Task Tracking
•Escalation Tracking
•Renewal Tracking
•Escalation point person for the client, delivery and other associated Presidio teams and vendor partners.
•If required, produce and maintain service improvement plans
•Add to the Quarterly Business Performance reports insight on areas of likely concern to the client. Also add value added suggestions, which typically includes recommendations on actions in order to improve the client’s environment under our management
