Full-time Opioid Health Home (OHH) Peer Specialist functioning as a guide and navigator for the patient’s optimum experience receiving whole person care at GLRC. The individual in this role will work closely with and be a full participating member of an interdisciplinary team of medical, behavioral and administrative staff which will develop and coordinate an individualized recovery care plan for each OHH participant.
Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Treatment experience in mental health and/or substance abuse preferred and must be working with a recovery program. Must have a minimum of 2 years in recovery/sobriety.
