BW Retail Solutions is in search of a full-time E-Commerce Customer Support Representative.
BW Retail Solutions is a leader in parts and accessories sales to the Lawn Care and Powersports industries. As a member of our growing customer support team, you will be responsible for all functions related to the customer experience within our online retail sales channels. This entry level, hourly-based Customer Support position is an excellent opportunity to begin or further pursue a career in the fast paced and exciting powersports industry.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Field inbound customer contact (phone emails, calls and chat) to process orders
- Provide order status updates
- Troubleshoot product issues
- Provide product technical support
- Process returns
- Communicating with other departments to quickly and accurately relay information back to the consumer.
Requirements:
- Proficient computer related skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- IDEAL candidates will have a basic understanding and knowledge base regarding Powersports and OPE products, including small engine and drivetrain systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment
- The ability to maintain a calm and professional attitude when under pressure
- The ability to be a fast learner in an evolving environment

Salary: $13.00-$15.00 /hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with Occasional Saturday's.
