1. Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Health Sciences, Educational Behavioral Health Sciences, Health Promotion, Public Administration or other closely related field; OR
Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; AND Have a minimum of two (2) years full-time work experience in health education, behavioral health change, substance abuse prevention or other closely related fields.
2. Have a valid Michigan driver's license.
