The Branch Administration Representative is a fundamental position at United Bank. This position gets to interact with the branch staff regularly. This position creates monthly schedules for branch float staff. Is responsible for various reporting to branches and Branch Administration department, including branch deposit totals and the Branch Dashboard. Processes branch incentive reports. Assists with courier program as needed. Performs a variety of routine and semi-complex duties including account coding reviews. Oversees the Courtesy Overdraft program. Responsible for keeping the Branch Operations Manual up to date. Responsible for the daily operation of the CDARS & ICS program. Performs a variety of other branch-related support responsibilities as directed and undertakes special projects relating to departmental services as assigned.
This position requires:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training;
- Regular sitting;
- Utilizing hands & arms;
- Ability to talk & hear.
