This position will provide customer service and support, by promoting full line product representation. You will interact with other internal departments to resolve inquiries and processing orders in an accurate and timely manner.
How you will do it - Responding to all telephone, email, mail and fax inquiries to provide information concerning product pricing, order/delivery, credit, complaints, etc.
- Informing customers of, and enforcing, all Sales/Marketing policies and procedures.
- Communicating and promoting special sales and promotional programs to customers.
- Quoting custom products
- Using existing computer systems to edit, enter and approve all orders received.
- Providing necessary administrative support to effectively process orders through shipments to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What we look for
Required - High School Diploma (Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Ability to type 40 wpm.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and organizational skills.
Preferred *Oracle experience a plus.
