Meat Department: Chicken Processor
Part Time: 15-40 hrs/wk | Shift Examples: 8am-4pm; 9am-6pm
The Bavarian Inn Restaurant serves over half a MILLION family style chicken dinners a year– creating enjoyable experiences for all our guests both near and far. That is A LOT of chicken, not to mention all the other meats we serve to our guests! Our meat department cleans, cuts, trims, and breads each and every piece in house.
Summary of Job Tasks:
- Assists the Meat Department in the processing of raw poultry, meats, and seafood by cleaning, trimming, or breading of products.
- Responsible for cleaning & sanitizing meat processing equipment at end of shift.
- Consistently maintains standards of both Bavarian Inn & health department for cleanliness and sanitation of food products as well as areas and equipment utilized by the Meat Department.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must be able to lift weights up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift (8+hours)
