DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Solutions Global Process Manager’s primary focus is to provide leadership and oversight in aligning business requirements to global standard technology solutions with a focus on Financial Management. The Global Process Manager (GPM) role is to align with the Business Units global process requirements and translating them into deliverable IS solutions that drive business value.
The Global Process Manager will concentrate on primary Financial Management functions including: General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Project Accounting, Planning and Consolidations
Job Responsibilities:
* Effective at benchmarking of best practices and promoting collaboration between Information systems and key business stakeholders
* Manage various business demands through value and prioritization
* Effective at managing multiple simultaneous projects in various states and over multiple teams
* Ensure successful execution of IS projects and programs while ensuring initiatives are prioritized and focused on delivering optimal business value
* Develop global standards and harmonization while ensuring solution meets business needs
* Develop process and application integration
* Ensure quality assurance - regression testing & UAT
* Identify and communicate the benefits/value of IS investments
* Ensure successful requirements gathering while adhering to global standards
* Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external resources
* Develop overall implementation plans for approved and funded projects, while managing and communicating program timing and tracking per agreed schedule
* Mentor the Business Analysts and Solution Architects on the team
