Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The operators will need to write / transfer information routinely on documents to maintain regulatory compliance.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. The ability to compute rates, ratios, and percent ages, as well as draw and interpret bar graphs will be a plus.
Reasoning Ability: The ability to solve practical problems. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is necessary.
Computer Skills: Word processing, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Inventory, Manufacturing software, is a plus.
