SAP L1 Support - 786301
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop cross functional knowledge to enable successful implementation, testing, training and support of SAP Template 2 −Local and global processes, cross functional knowledge with core competencies −Passion to learn SAP, recommend improvements, provide solutions and understand changes in tk business
* End user support −Ticket handling for tkMNA end users for SAP Template 2 −Process knowledge of tkMNA business units, particularly in the core areas of FI/CO, SD and WM
* Responsible for the content, development and delivery of end user training −Create/maintain documentation based on changes in SAP Template 2 −Define training delivery method on scope of system change −Delivery of training to SAP Template 2 users −Identify training needs for SAP Template 2 end users, delivery training on regular intervals based on need
* Local business unit process validation −Business Process reviews to identify issues / knowledge gaps −Identifying Issues with business process vs. process defined within template −Partner with business champions to rectify issues
* Responsible for testing and validation of SAP Template 2 system changes (System Enhancements, Changes Requests, Error Corrections) −Providing input on process gaps, user requirements, efficiencies, value add and contributing to the overall goals to projects −Performing testing for system enhancements and error corrections
* Develop and maintain relationships locally and globally −Local and global ITM team members −Local tkMNA business users
* Assist with developing and monitoring partner KPIs −Performing within established KPIs for the SAP Support Team −Assist with ensuring KPI data is kept up-to-date −Assist with on-boarding and training partners on SAP Template 2 business and system processes
* Travel required - Approximately 25%
