Job Description:Â Â
Senior management of projects, personnel, and clients with focus on project management, personnel management/mentoring, and business development. Provides overall direction to a project or group of projects of considerable size, scope and complexity. Ensures the accurate completion of all work products, proper quality control / quality assurance measures are in place consistent with corporate guidelines, and work procedures are performed in a safe manner. Responsible for management and oversight of self-perform projects and work performed by subconsultants and subcontractors. Responsible for the overall financial performance relative to regional and project-specific budgets.   Â
Other responsibilities include:Â Â Â Â Â
-  Coordinates with project leaders to determine staffing and scheduling requirements, project budget and delivery schedules. Â
-  Interfaces with other internal or external units to enhance process or organizational effectiveness as required. Â
-  Oversees/prepares technical, sales or administrative presentations and proposals. Â
-  Ensures project quality control. Â
-  Prepares and reviews project budgets and cost estimates. Â
-  Supervise, train, evaluate and direct professional, technical and support staff on a daily basis. Â
-  Monitors project functions, including short and long-term goals and objectives, coordinate project related activities. Â
-  Manages project budget through familiarity of internal accounting system (Vision). Â
-  Demonstrates consistent/exemplary safety compliance. Â
-  Manages considerably complex, multi-disciplinary projects that contain technical and financial risk and/or present significant management challenges. Â
-  Administer contracts for construction and remediation. Â
-  Federal (DOD and DOE) and Non-Federal Project Experience. Â
-  Business Development  Â
-  Office Development and Management Â
-  Performs other related duties as assigned by management.   Â
Qualifications include:Â Â Â Â
-  15+ years of experience in Design, Construction and Remediation Â
-  10+ years of Project Management experience required Â
-  Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering Â
-  Organization, written communication, and oral communication skills Â
-  Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Â
-  Must be able to work constructively in diverse teams including engineers, technicians, and construction/remediation personnel Â
-  Must be willing to travel on an as-needed basis up to 25% of the time.   Â
Additional Requirements:Â Â

-  Must possess valid driver's license. Â
-  Must be able to physically navigate construction sites. Â
-  Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.   Â
