WellsBrooke Premium Home Health Care is seeking a full-time recruiter to join the team. This position will be based in our Plymouth, MI headquarters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Outgoing, positive attitude and willingness to work as a part of a team
- Willingness to train and learn new things
- Ability to effectively utilize the internet and social media for recruiting purposes
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, phone etiquette, fax, scanning and copying
Responsibilities
- Create effective job descriptions and post openings on various websites
- Maintain a database of candidates and employees
- Provide necessary documents to Payroll, Client Care Coordinators and HR
- Interact with Client Care Coordinators to meet staffing needs
- Support the training of new employees
- Assist in screenings applicants in person or on the phone
- Checking references and verifying qualifications
