SUMMARY
Strategic professional that is responsible for meeting the key corporate goals of revenue generation through new business development and account management within commercial accounts. The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and building long-term annuity relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial accounts
- Build relationships with purchasing decision makers to increase sales opportunity
- Tailor and present the Lakeside value proposition to potential clients spanning organizational hierarchy
- Cross functional participation with other business segments to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Promote and sell products and services utilizing effective sales and marketing processes
- Participate in solving complex issues with strategic accounts
- Represent Lakeside in the field at construction meetings or other on site job requirements
- Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the Sales Manager
- Accurately forecast individual sales revenue to Sales Management
- Effectively balance advocating client needs and best interest of the company
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience
- Proven track record of leading or exceeding sales quota’s
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- History of engaging with complex customers and achieving positive results
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 2+ years sales experience
- Previous commercial sales or project management experience
- Existing contacts within the industry
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow all safety requirements
