Position Summary
Responsible for the IT Equipment warehouse by physically receiving product into the warehouse, pulling equipment for orders and maintaining accurate inventory records. Maintain a clean, secure and safe warehouse environment. Perform physical inventories and associated reporting. Monitor equipment shelf life in order to avoid obsolescence.
Minimum Requirements
School Education
HS Graduate or Equivalent(GED)
Job Experience
One year prior warehouse/distribution experience.
Must be certified, or willing to obtain and maintain certification, on all required powered industrial equipment such as forklift, electric pallet jack, long-tongued electric pallet jack and high-extender high lift.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Receive inventory into warehouse. Label and shelve equipment.
Perform physical inventories of equipment as required and by period.
Inspect shipments of materials received to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications. Identify and report shortages, damaged goods or other discrepancies.
Prepare items for shipment. Coordinate delivery with shippers.
Distribute incoming shipments according to established procedures.
Maintain stock inventory and warehouse in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
Create and distribute physical inventory reports.
Provide information related to warehoused items and activities as required.
Load and unload delivery trucks.
Operate pallet jack and Hilo.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities
Good verbal (oral) and written communication skills. Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize. Good computer skills in Excel and Word. Knowledge of inventory control and procurement.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Able to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling/industrial equipment. Must follow safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies and practices. Must report for work regularly and on time, as scheduled. Must be able to take direction from supervisor(s) and works well with others. Must work well under pressure, and is able to organize and prioritize work assignments, and meet established deadlines. Must perform assigned tasks accurately and completely. Must be flexible and able to handle changes in work requirements productively.

While performing the duties of this position, employees are subject to a warehouse environment and frequently exposed to changes in temperature and humidity (-20 to 105). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.Must be able to work weekends, holidays, day and night hours, and overtime as necessary and as assigned, and must be able to work in the conditions specified for 8 - 10 hour shifts.
