Packs parts in specified relationship to each other following customer specific packing and stacking instructions for work pieces, parts and/or products. Inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications. Performs assembly operations as required.

Understands and is able to identify Quality Management System and implementation nonconformances and document and/or log all non-conformity
Participates in preventative actions where appropriate. Conducts corrective actions and perform problem solving analysis and reporting as required.
Conducts housekeeping for personal work area and shared facility space.
Observes and complies with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements associated with this job description.
Participates in needs analysis and attends and performs the requirements of scheduled training and educational programs identified for this position.
Participates, as requested, in independent objective auditing activities and supports company continuous improvement activities.
Stops work on processes as appropriate and contains suspect or defective material or services to avoid further processing.
Places parts in specific relationship to each other by following customer specific packing and stacking instructions for work pieces, parts and/or products.
Inspects parts for conformance prior to packing and stacking to specifications and contacts a team leader and/or quality inspector to discuss non-conformances.
Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together as required.
Tends machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine to perform force fitting or fastening operations for work pieces, parts, and/or products.
Works at different work stations as production needs require.
Ensures materials needed are present and requests or retrieves needed material when necessary.
Completes appropriate paperwork and turns completed paperwork into the team leader
