Job Overview
We are currently looking for a GIS Infrastructure Engineering Group Manager to join our team in Holland MI - HQ.
As a GIS Infrastructure Engineering Group Manager, you will:
Manage development, coordination, and delivery of GIS Infrastructure engineering and support for all Haworth locations, ensuring IT support and engineering services meet enterprise service expectations. Develop and publish aligned IS strategies and productivity/process improvements ensuring IT meets enterprise vision and strategy for current and future state. Manage global support for all Haworth remote locations, including leadership and direction for Asia/Pacific and Europe and Haworth affiliates, to ensure technology alignment, best practice compliance and consistent execution across all Haworth systems and locations.
Do you have these required qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Software Development.
- 10 years information services related experience, including five years experience in enterprise global technical infrastructure responsible for server, storage, network, telecommunications, technical, and security engineering; and application infrastructure responsible for SAP basis and database administration.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 10% of time, at times with very short notice and with periods of extended travel away from home office.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
- Experience in providing complex infrastructure solutions globally, best practice processes, managing direct and indirect support teams for diverse, multicultural global enterprise.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, including setting direction for and managing several, including international, teams.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Comprehensive understanding of, and experience in, deployment of Information Technology Infrastructure Library best practice processes for Service Support and Service Delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and concept marketing skills.
