Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Social Work, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Demonstrated minimum of 2 years of experience creating, planning, coordinating and implementing training and programs, preferably diversity training and awareness.
- Strong organization, project management, coordination, and follow-through skills.
- Both skilled in and passionate about the areas of DEI.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills for communicating with a wide variety of people.
- Experience working with groups from diverse backgrounds.
