POSITION TITLE: BSW Outpatient Services Clinician
(Primary responsibility will be case management of adults with developmental disabilities)
POSITION HOURS: 80 hours biweekly / Regular Full-time
Marquette Professional Unit / Exempt
SALARY RANGE:
- $19.28/hr---$25.99/hr LBSW pay scale
- $18.47/hr---$22.87/hr LLBSW pay scale
- Plus full-time benefits
- Specific salary range dependent on license status.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is under the supervision of the Program Supervisor or Clinical Director and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position could provide case management and/or Supports Coordination services to a variety of clientele including adults, adolescents, children and families requesting services. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans using the person centered process, providing case management/supports coordination, and making appropriate referrals. Responsibilities also include monitoring treatment plans to assess recipient’s progress and readjusting as appropriate, carrying an active caseload, preparing case histories and needs assessments, follow-up, and aftercare. An employee in this class may be assigned specialization areas or special populations such as adult, child or adolescent. Crisis intervention (day and nighttime), groups or family meetings may be assigned. Participation in the delivery of emergency services (daytime and evening) is required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors of Social Work with State of Michigan licensure as a Bachelors of Social Work (LBSW) or Limited Licensed Bachelors of Social Work (LLBSW). Experience in professional human services is desired but all applicants will be considered.
