We are searching for a highly energetic, organized and experienced Spare Parts Specialist. In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and schedule customer repairs. You will also negotiate delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to the customer, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

In this role the ideal candidate will act as a network and think innovatively while executing the following responsibilities:
- Determine replacement part stock numbers and prices
- Determine replacement parts required (reviewing technical mechanical and controls documentation/drawings) according to inspections of old parts, customer requests of customers’ descriptions of malfunctions
- Receive and fill purchase orders for parts
- Receive and fill purchase orders for repairs
- Fill customer orders from stock when applicable
- Receive payment or obtain credit authorization
- Advise customers on submission or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available
- Examine returned parts for defects, exchange of or repair of defective parts, or credit
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Skill to relate with customers

This role is best suited for a candidate that possess the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Minimum 1 year experience in spare parts
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Very detail oriented and organized
- Exceptional follow up skills
- High level of professionalism; self-directed and motivated
- Willingness to learn new systems and technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Powertrain experience preferred
- Robotics experience preferred
