The duties for this position include but are not limited to:
* Copy/Scan/Print documents as requested by customer
* Complete finishing functions. i.e., velo-binding, spiral binding, fasteners or as directed.
* Transfer digital files to removable storage devices as requested
* Sort and distribute incoming US mail
* Process and in some instances deliver outgoing US mail to the local US post office
* Sort and distribute incoming accountable mail with proprietary podTracker technology
* File legal documents in local, state, and federal court houses located within the State of Michigan
* Delivery/pickup of legal documents and miscellaneous packages/boxes/documents
* Provide reception relief for receptionist for breaks and meal periods.
* Troubleshoot, and perform first level diagnosis of office equipment placing service calls and coordinating with technicians as required.
* Setting up conference rooms with complimentary beverages, restocking utensils, mugs, gasses and condiments
* Coordinating the delivery and set up of catered food services for conference rooms and special events with receptionist or office administrator
* Discard/put away excess catered food as appropriate
* Wipe down tables, chairs, and restoring conference rooms to the ready state.
* Set up tables and chairs for special events
* Loading, running and unloading of glasses, plates, silverware, bowls, and serving utensils in 5 dishwashers located throughout office
* Maintain kitchen/hospitality office supplies at appropriate levels
* Rotate and maintain perishable kitchen supplies.
* Use customer provided web-based software to maintain, schedule and coordinate conference room requests
* Order and maintain appropriate level of office supplies as directed.
* Maintain all logs, forms, processes, and procedures as required at each location
* Perform and assure all office service functions are being completed as contractually agreed upon
