ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Visibly examine all visitors, contractors and employees for cold, flu and respiratory symptoms before entering the facility
- Inquire all visitors, contractors and employees health screening questions as recommended by the CDC
- Conduct a no-contact temperature check of all visitors and employees entering the facility
- Follow established protocols in place for any persons screening outside the established guidelines
- Record all results of each visitor, contractor and employee who are not permitted on property and submit to HR and Environmental Health and Safety representatives
- Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures to include wearing company provided and required PPE in the work area
- Use applicable PPE when necessary to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents
- Follow established reporting protocols in a clear and concise manner, adhering to all HIPAA guidelines
- Management of PPE supplies
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
- Maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance and timeliness and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
- EMT, Paramedic, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide or CNA certification preferred but not required
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Travel to other branch locations may be required
