Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience in engineering management role
- Masters Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience in engineering design. Preferred experience with material handling systems and industrial equipment.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering management position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficient in project engineering
- Professional engineering license desired
Demonstrated Physical Abilities
- Remain stationary for 50% of the time; move/traverse throughout the office to access file cabinets and office equipment; operate a computer and other productivity machinery; inspect documents; communicate with others through talking/hearing; read/identify/assess forms and correspondence.
- Visits to customer locations may require negotiating through an industrial facility, including, but not limited to, conveyor systems requiring climbing access ladders, negotiation screen guards, catwalks, and lifting and/or carrying objects up to 40 lbs.
- Travel expected up to 25%
