Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30am, every other weekend and Holiday rotation required

Required Duties
- The primary purpose of this position is to protect, nurture and sustain the elders by providing assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that promotes a high quality of life and positive elder-hood.
- Candidates will prepare and serve meals and launder clothing.
- Care team to elder 1 : 5 on day and evening and 1: 10 on nights
- We call CNA’s, Shahbazim, at the Green House Homes as they are a universal team member.
- Other responsibilities include providing activities that engage the elders in a meaningful way and working cooperatively with other Shahbazim (CNA) on the self-managed work team.
Basic Qualifications
- Must have a current/valid CNA certificate in the State of Michigan
- Effective skills in written and verbal communication.
- Function cooperatively as a member of the team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Ability to at work and on time for schedules shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of more experience working as a CNA.
- Previous experience with the elderly.
