SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of the Seasonal Store Helper position is to support the store management team. We have several rotating roles available for immediate hire:
• Cashier
• Customer Coordinator
• Cleaning Coordinator
• Curbside/.com Delivery Coordinator
• Sales Associates
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Adhere to all company policies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Communicates with all members of store management, store supervisors, store associates, and the Support Center personnel as necessary.
• Maintains outstanding customer satisfaction.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of these roles, the associate is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The associate may regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
